What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Any personal data you share with us via contact form will never be shared with a third party. We also run regular security checks on our computer & database against hacking. Your privacy is protected in accordance to EU Law 2018, General Data Protection Regulation. Filling in a contact form does not oblige you to opt in to our mailing lists. i.e. your information is not autmatically used for marketing purposes. You must opt-in to our mailing lists.
To buy a holiday with us, you need to fill in a booking form. The data shared with us via these booking forms will never be shared with a third party. You can also request us to eradicate any sensitive personal data, other than that which we need for tax & admin reasons. You have the right to be ‘forgotten’. Your privacy is protected in accordance to EU Law 2018, General Data Protection Regulation.

If you come on a painting hliday with us, you can tell us that you do not wish to have photos of you on the painting holiday published on the internet. We try & ask for your permission to publish on the internet any pictures that you might appear in. Especially those where you feature large. You can say no & that’s OK. But basically, we prefer not to do publish images of you but this might happen from time to time, as in small back ground photos.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
