Shipping, Taxes & Return Policy

1. Production & Global Logistics All fine art prints are custom-made and manufactured on demand via the primary print partner, prodigi.com. Please allow 2–4 business days for professional lab production before delivery begins. Following production, fully tracked priority shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days for delivery.

To minimize transit delays, carbon impact, and potential import border issues, each print will automatically be fulfilled from the closest prodigi.com global partner hub location (EU, US, or UK/AU). A unique tracking link will be automatically emailed as soon as the order departs the laboratory.


2. Return Policy & EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption All items sold on this online storefront are classified as tailor-made, bespoke products. Because each layout is explicitly printed only upon customer size specification, no order exists without an individualized commission.

Therefore, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), custom-made goods are completely exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The storefront cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind or sizing mistakes. Please carefully review the exact home wall dimensions before confirming payment at checkout.


3. Transit Damage & Manufacturer’s Defect Guarantee While high quality standards are strictly maintained across the print network, manual or mechanical errors can occasionally happen.

Manufacturer’s Defects: If a print arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as ink misprints, color banding, incorrect paper cutting, or framing errors—it will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.

  • Transit Damage: If a courier bends, tears, or damages a parcel during delivery, the print is also 100% covered.

How to claim a free replacement: To initiate a replacement order, please take clear photos of the defect or the damaged print (including the exterior packaging if it was damaged in transit). Email the photos and order reference details to the support desk within 14 days of delivery receipt. Once verified, a priority reprint request will be submitted directly through prodigi.com to get a perfect version rushed straight to the destination address.
